Terms of Purchase

Note: The store has not launched yet. The information below applies from the launch of the first run.

1. Introduction

These terms of purchase apply to all purchases of products from RØSTEN ENT. (hereinafter «RØSTEN» or «we»). By ordering products from our website you accept these terms in full.

2. Formation of contract

A binding agreement between you and RØSTEN is formed once you have completed the ordering process and received an order confirmation by email. All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and other cards via a secure payment solution. Payment is charged when the item ships.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The applicable price is the one stated at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery and shipping

We ship items within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery is made with Posten or another selected carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on delivery address and weight. You will receive tracking information by email once the parcel has shipped.

The risk for the item passes to you once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. This means you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received and approved the return.

6. Complaints and warranty

All products carry a 2-year right of complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. If a fault or defect occurs, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a complaint is accepted, we will either repair the item, send a replacement or refund the purchase amount.

7. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the GDPR. Information about how we process your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

RØSTEN is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages arising from use of the products, unless such liability follows from mandatory law.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of purchase. The current terms will always be available on this page. Changes apply from the date of publication.
